Hi, I’m the founder of Flowstate Entertainment — a mom to three incredible boys, a business grad, and a full-time flow artist who found her passion through a plastic circle that changed everything.

I discovered hula hooping during a time of transition and quickly realized it was more than a hobby — it was a way to move, connect, and perform with purpose. Since then, I’ve become a certified hoop instructor, attended multiple 5-day intensives camps, proud former team member at Hooppologie and The Spinsterz, and built a performance career in both Fargo-Moorhead and Denver, CO. Along the way, I’ve broken two hooping records, been voted “Most Entertaining,” and performed for companies like Microsoft, Sanford, Folkways, Aldevron, and Fargo Parks at venues like the FARGODOME, The Sanctuary, and Red River Market.

But my proudest accomplishment? Creating a space where local artists can shine and event planners can finally breathe. I own my own LED and aerial props, customize every show, and bring a polished experience from first email to final bow.
